Desired Skills:  Pursuing a Master of Science (Bachelor’s degree candidates will be considered) in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architectural engineering, or related disciplines; an emphasis in structural engineering is preferred
 Knowledge of roofing, waterproofing, or other building envelope systems is desirable
 Ability to interpret technical instructions
 Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and other Windows applications

Job Description: Assist engineering staff to:
 Study existing conditions of buildings.
 Identify failures of building components and systems.
 Research and propose remedial design solutions.
 Prepare design documents, including drawings and specifications.
 Manage the bidding process.
 Prepare and administer contract documents.
 Inspect the construction of remedies.
 Research code requirements and manufacturer recommendations.

Salary: $19/ Hour
