*Ability to direct the timely production of project proposals and agreements.
Job Description: Position Overview:
This position works in Capital Delivery Services, Civil or Utility Project Management Division. This position will supervise, inspire, and lead project management staff who manage Capital Improvement Projects for sponsor departments City Wide. This position will also manage one or more large complex Capital Improvement Projects. Current and future civil and utility Capital
Improvement Projects include:
Walnut Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion
Central Utility Plant, Utilities Infrastructure Campus-Wide, and Midfield Taxiway projects out at the airport
Mobility improvement projects related to the 2016 and 2018 mobility bonds
Numerous projects related to water and wastewater treatment and improvements, mobility and street improvements, flood reduction, water quality improvements, and other civil engineering and utility projects
