YMF Announcements and Update

The purpose of Younger Member Forums (YMF) within ASCE is to direct ASCE's mission for engineers age 35 and younger. YMF offers opportunities to network with peers, learn more about the profession, provide leadership experience and encourage the full professional development of Younger Members. We invite you to join us for the following upcoming events and activities:

Come Join ASCE YMF for a Tour of Austin City Hall!

Join YMF on Wednesday, June 26th at 4:00 pm for a tour of Austin City Hall, the 1st LEED Gold project in Austin. City Hall is located in the heart of downtown Austin and includes two publicly accessible green roof systems among other sustainable features. The tour will include feedback from a City architect who was involved in the building's design and a brief discussion of the City Political Process. Please RSVP (not required but preferred for planning purposes) to Lindsay O'LearyLOLeary@Geosyntec.com

Entry to the City Hall parking garage is on the Lavaca Street side. The tour will be followed with a Happy Hour at Coal Vines from approximately 5:30pm to 7:30pm, where appetizers will be provided.
